"Not as many as I'd like - kind of a bottled ecosystem. But there are the bees, and I've been breeding everything I could get my hands on since I came aboard. We brought mosquitos back from the last port, those have been very useful. And Iris gave me hornets and wasps, and Kiryu got me some Darwin's bark spiders - for the webbing - and bloodworms." Taylor smiles again, a little amused at herself.

"I've made my cabin into an insectarium."

"Have you really? Well, don't tell Laszlo. He won't know which insects are friends and which are food when he's in his bat form."

That explains the bat. She had wondered. "I keep them all under wraps - no one wants to know they live next to a hive."
